Do you think if I added 4 more exhaust ports that it would be even louder? It's pretty damn loud as it is. It may destroy the integrity of the barrel. All the ports are measured to the exact same level.

I certainly don't think more holes will hurt you and you've got a ways to go before you lose structural stability in the "barrel" for something like this.

The more holes the better really... Smile

Make the largest holes possible, not losing too much structural strength.
Also, I think the holes would be square for optimal results, like only leaving a few bars of pvc left as structure.
Maybe even just saw out a piece of pipe and replace it with about 6 or 8 metal rods.

Video added in the first post to show flames and fired it directly at the camera. I just did it in my garage because I didn't feel like waiting for dark (have to work).

This sucker is loud!

I wore plugs so it didnt make my ears ring but it would if I wasnt wearing any. It is very loud!

I'm using a Sony Cybershot camera, not a true video camera but good enough.

I hope I wasn't in that dream also.

Audio compression circuits in these cameras are notorious for yanking the meat out of a good spudgun blast.

Pitbull, I'm afraid the loudness doesn't translate very well on the video. The 4 way firing blast was cool though... Wink
