I am relatively new to this forum as i am to spud guns. this forum has helped me a whole lot i have learned much from posts and how-to's. And some of the best material i have learned from has been the "old topics" i comented on them(i didnt know i wasent supposed to), and got many fellow forum members pissed of at me. I understand that it IS a rule but why show pictures at the tp of the page with links to the damn old topics, no offence but its confusing when new on the site. And whats the big deal with kiking up old topics? Its just a question please dont be offended.

Its just drives the older members crazy. ( i have the same problem ) most of the time the people who started those topics are no longer on this site. Plus the people who do post on old cannons are new and are always asking for the plans or have a stupid question that has a simple answer. After a while it gets on their nervs(sp)

People don't want to be asked: "dO YOU HAVE any PlaNs???", "Can i use that in a paintball game?", or " how much does that cost to make."

The answers are:
1. no
2. no
3. look it up prices aren't the same every where

the way i see and moderate it, is that if someone has a RELEVANT post to a topic in any of the finished cannon forums thats perfectly acceptable, it pisses me the fork off however, when 5 people then chime in saying "DEAD TOPIC", so if its relevant to the topic, then dont [female doggy] about it, if its not, still dont [female doggy] about it, it will be taken care of and you're only causing the mods more grief by giving us more posts to delete

Basically echoing SpudShot, but here it goes.

Id say most things threads are kicked over are dumb. Such as:

"i lik the duc tape hande Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil "

K, were down with props, but seriously what did that accomplish? Do you really need to post that, or can you keep it to yourself? Now to the question at hand, "Why do we get pissed off".

Well usally personages that do it, not only do it once but decide to kick all topics over a year old. And among these posts use all the available Emoticons. Now we have to read it when we go threw are new messages, seeing as this topic was best left dead since it has lost intrest. Sure, go ahead and kick a topic over a question pertaining to that topic in particular. Its all a matter of common sense...
