My hybrid is about as loud as a .22, while my advanced combustion was about as loud as a 12 gauge shotgun. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

Of course, it all really depends on how efficient the cannon is. If the C:B ratio is good, it shouldn't be too loud. My 8 1/2 foot combustion just makes this dull "fump" kind of noise, but it chucks taters a good 200 yards at least.

Oh, who's that in your new avatar?

Karen<3
Ya I have a 3/8" outlet and I don't know what to use as a barrel, I have only 8$ to spend on getting a 3/8" union and a barrel+adapters.
I want to use 1/2" pvc but connecting it will be a issue, but It shouldn't cost that much. I will have a slight bottleneck though.
Maybe I can find a 1/4" pipe in some odd material that will work.
off to lowes I go!

edit.
This hybrid has been dissabsembled and parts have been salvaged.
there will be a new hybrid, Stinger-mkII

But I can't get it to fire, at a 1x mix, maybe my spark gap is too small.
