Can you post here the value of air pressure you have to use function of the mix (1x 2x 3 x 4x .? )

A^2(B/C)^2(X*Y*Z)^2 /100 = Air pressure needed in the cannon chamber

A= Propane Percent [In decimal form EX: for 50% put .5]
B= Atomspheric Pressure [Usally from 13.7 - 14.7]
C= Temperature
X= Flow Coef
Y= Max Restriction [In inches]
Z= Hybrid Atomziation Pressure [Already figured at 37.8 roughly]

EDIT - I simplfyed the work involved removing all the blib-blab from other ways of figuring such a number. The whole "X" system for Hybrid cannons was started by Mark Jackson a former scenitist working for NASA's gaseous state combustion team. Actually, it would be more like f(mix)=mix(14.7)-14.7

I don't know where you got your idea from Pimp, care to elaborate?

ex : air pressure for a 3x mix = 29.4 psi ?

It isn't really rocket science here, drac's method seems simple enough and easy to follow. However I would like to try your technique pimp, but what exactly is the restriction size and "hybrid atomization pressure?"
