Have a look here, apparently it's a bit hard to find pressure rated PVC in Israel - perhaps it's restricted because of fears it might be used in improvised weapons?

If you stick to combustions you won't need pressure rated pipe ;)

there are other materials you can use, a PET soda bottle is suitable to use as a chamber for example and very affordable.

I mean like a plastic coke bottle - you can use it as an air chamber as in this launcher. You barrel doesn't need to be pressure rated so that's not a problem.

Perhaps you should have researched what was available, before making conclusive plans...
That's like saying i'm going to build a space ship, then being annouyed I don't have the parts... LoL ;)

Sometimes we need to make adjustment's to work with what we have...

I experienced about the same here in Holland, though we have pressure-resistant pipe, it all different here so I had to change my designs ALOT.
Its better to first look whats available to you and THEN design something with that.
Gathering parts for a design without doing that is harder then the designing and the building itself.
Since the part gathering is the "limiting facor" on your creations, you should adapt your designs to that what you got and try to make the most of it.

Shipping costs to Israel might be kind of horrible though...
