Credit goes to this guy: http://www.airsoftretreat.com/forums/in ... ic=52129.0

I just borrowed the idea!

As for airsoft though, it sounds like a good idea but it's just too dangerous. The bb's do go off in all directions, so you could shoot it next to someone and they would get hit by simulated "shrapnel" but the ping-pong ball itself is too inaccurate. There's a great chance of it swerving off target and hitting a player directly. You saw what it's capable of, now imagine it hitting a person. Not good.

@Novacastrian.

Mate you gt 5 tenths of F@%K all right to say that.

WOW how bloody rude, as a former service man im almost insulted buy that remark. However I do understand that you may be a 10 year old kid sitting at home watching Rambo and actuly thinking you cam hip fire a M60 machine gun. and thinking it must be sooo kewl to be in a war zone.
GROW UP!
Ok rant over..

Ok, i realise that i took it too far with a certain remark and ask that you accept my full apoligise. The said remark has been edited and i wish to say that if in a war zone, no i would not be sure of my actions.
Bubba, please accept my most sincere apoligise.
