What can you make with a 1/4" hose?

Post about things you have launched or thought about launching. Also post about various materials used for building cannons. No posts about explosive projectiles!

You can't make anything without more fittings.

You're going to have to buy stuff.

The 1/2" pipe could be a barrel and the hose could be part of the pilot and the schrader could be the fill valve. But there's a lot more you need to buy.

Search the forum, this question has been asked many times over.

is a piston better than a sprinkler?

But I will answer your question very briefly, yes and no.

Again, this does not have a direct answer without a lot more variables.

You're pretty much asking me 'how long is a piece of string?'.
