It's probably a lot more likely to pop if you add more into the balloon.

red = stopper (to keep holder inside barrel) | green = water balloon | blue = holder (pringles can, etc.)

yes. even iff the ballon broke, the thing holding it would still move the water. on ly prob i wuold see is..you cna't fire it at ppl so why use a water ballon? And IF you did...again IF...the waterballoon would leave a pretty big welt and the canester thing hat held it would probably hit them as well. so yea i don't wee why you would use a waterballon.

EDIT- NVM i didn't see the red stoper part. lol yea that would work great! only prob is then you would have to equalize the pressure so the canester would go back unless u want to wait for the air to seep around......and thats boring.

Hmmm, I guess your barrel will break after a few shots. You should make some holes in the front part of the barrel, so pressure can escape. Your holder will block the flow.

And if you use pringles can as holder, I guess it will break down and get shot out of the barrel as well.
