New (?) Slug ammo

Unread postAuthor: KlugeBoy » Sun Jul 08, 2007 1:22 pm

I made a sort of slug ammo for blasting some monitors. It's just a bolt, a piece of pipe, some steel washers and a couple rubber washers.

It seems to work pretty well. We made a video:

Small format on Break.com :

Large format on my web site (108 MB)
http://klugeboy.net/Movies/777LargeFormat.wmv

They weigh just under one pound and we got three shots out of each one before the seals disintegrated.

I should add that we managed to punch two of these things *all* the way through a 22" computer monitor.

(And, yes, they were all dead monitors. I'm a programmer and I get the guys in IT to save all the monitors that die in our company.)

Just added the "Attention Deficit / Heavy Metal" version of the video. It's kinda fun:

Where did you get so many moniters to destroy?
Did they work? (just say no or I will cry)
