I'm 5' 11" to 6' tall.

I weigh 175 pounds, but I have a very very small ammount of body fat. (high metabolism)

I am pretty well built ( ) and we just bought a weight bench, so I'm working on it even more.

I am supposed to be 6'-6' 2" tall when it's all said and done.

(I'm 15, turning 16 on march 2nd, and in 10th grade.)

I have cousins who are 6' 5", , 6' 6", and 6' 4" tall.

I'm a little surprised by mine - I naturally eat around 3000 kcal a day (around 20% over the official guidelines recommend), don't do that much exercise (I go for a short mile walk most days and do stage crew work occasionally) and still my weight stays between 160-180 lbs, with body fat in the same region as an athlete.

A certain amount of that is probably to do with what I actually eat in my diet, I only consume very scarce amounts of fat, and most sugars that I eat are natural ones.

All this means I can't really eat chilli, which would have the side effect of speeding up my metabolism even further.

@RNA: You probably meant 69cm, not 96cm - unless you're more ridiculously muscled than Arnie.

5'9" and 130 on a good day.

I bet I can still whip somebody's ass at pushups though, (can usually do 70-80 in 2 minutes time from a warm-start.)

Last time they did that pinch test thingo I ran at around 5% body fat. Most of my exercises are endurance-oriented so that's probably why.

I'm 6 foot 5 inches tall.

And I weigh about 205 lbs, mostly muscle, but I gotta little fat. Still, I eat pretty much anything I want, which has gotten me the nickname of "garbage disposal" at school.

When I'm hungry though, I eat scary amounts of food. I remember one time I ate a 48oz porterhouse and a dozen and a half raw oysters at one sitting and then a 1lb strawberry shortcake when I got back to the hotel. I think I grew like 2 inches after that...

And I should be working out though, since I have to take a physical test for my application for the united states naval academy, but I'm being lazy since the only thing I suck at is pull ups, oh well.

It is relevant to how many 5 year olds you could slaughter.

Killjoy, you're trying to get in to the naval academy? Were you in N(J)ROTC?

I usually can (and will) eat enormous amounts of food as well. On Gumbo day at school, (a day I look forward to with vigor), I usually shovel down seconds and thirds, with what time allowed, with plenty of hot sauce.

I'm 5'11" and I weigh 185. With one of those scales that measure body fat percentage, it says between 5 and 7 percent body fat. (depending on the time of day).
