tattoo idea, what you think?

Unread postAuthor: JDAX23 » Wed Feb 13, 2008 12:23 am

i understand this has nothing to do with spud guns, so i am posting it here, hopefully i will not get yelled at for doing so... in any case, i have been thinking of getting a tattoo for awhile now and have come to the conclusion i would like a cross of some sort. here are two designs i drew up the other day.

<a href="http://s227.photobucket.com/albums/dd51/bigtundra2332/?action=view&current=0212082212.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd51/bigtundra2332/0212082212.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s227.photobucket.com/albums/dd51/bigtundra2332/?action=view&current=0106082206.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd51/bigtundra2332/0106082206.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

the reasoning fo the J in the middle of the one is because my two friends and i have the same first initial, but that can be replaced with something else, or dropped all together.

what do you guys think? any suggestions?

I like the second one, but think long and hard before getting it done. A common suggestion is to pin it to your monitor for a few weeks and see if you still like it after that.

I think your spud guns should get tattoos also :D

But now cant you get tattoos removed without surgery because of a new special removable ink?

I dont know its what i heard.

I think the second one is better. The first one has too much of a "super hero" look.

just be sure you like it; no matter what the tatt looks like. it is your tatt and you have to wear it..... I chose to wear kilts. I have heard it all...some good and some bad but I don't care what you think! I prefer to wear Kilts 8)

well here they come with all the kilt comments lol..........I DON'T CARE.

I like the iron cross detail in the centre - maybe to make it less related to christianity you could shorten the vertical member of the cross and have all four parts of equal length?

Also known as the Maltese cross

I first thought you meant you were getting a spudgun tattoo, that would be awesome, but I'd have to go for the second one. :)
