I'm sorry to have to bring this up David, but if you're making signatures for people to use on this site, the forum limits are 400x100 pixels.

The ones you're making (at 600x150) are 50% too big along their dimensions.

Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Boom, For photo resizing, Gimp a free photo editor does this very well. I'll post screen captures of the process and post them later when I'm at my other computer. It is very easy to resize to the exact size needed.

It's the scale image item in the menu.

Oh no! not the ... Again.. :D Sorry Boom.

Resized bottle rocket adapter. The 2 liter bottle filled partway with water fits on and gets a shot of air. Messy, refreshing and fun. Oh, resized with the Gimp to fit here.

I did it just to torment you.. :D Like it? Otherwise I would have never posted a pop bottle rocket launcher. I didn't even bump the post. It was an old post I edited. I thought you would notice :D

Hey, I'll propose you a proposition:

If you want to add a bit of layout and web design to your portfolio, I've got a little free time, and I enjoy writing templates enough, so, if you want to:

1.) Create a sample site in photoshop. This is the same, basically, as what you do in flash, but might be easier in photoshop.

2.) Save the image in a lossless format like BMP, PNG, etc., and email it to me at [redacted] (photobucket will resize and compress it, most likely). You should also obviously submit a compressed version here for people to admire.

3.) I'll tear to pieces, frame it in XHTML and CSS, and create a template using your image, that matches it, but is also fluid in layout, and obviously has actual XHTML elements like links and images.

4.) You can use it for whatever, or I might use it if it looks purdy enough. ;)

5.) ???????

6.) PROFIT!

It's just to add little web design to your portfolio. The entire finished template will be credited to you, and whoever wants to hire you can "ooohhh" and "aaahhhh" at it if used on a web site.

If you don't wanna, just tell me.

I see your progress on my request. Is this person a friend of yours?

You may also want to include a list of effects for the site.
