I used to have 7 sleek, bright goldfish. All at least 6" long, with three locally caught sunfish for company. Guess how many we've seen since the ice melted?

I also do keep a fish tank, but a pond is more interesting, if a **** to maintain against eutrophication.

We had a Commodore 64 that ran on tapes when I was 3 :D A few years back a friend rediscovered his dad's pong machine which we resurrected, minutes of fun ;) We stopped playing in case it because self aware:

I remember when Pong first came out.

Unread postAuthor: Technician1002 » Mon Mar 28, 2011 2:01 am

Before Pong came out I played Adventure on a PDP11/35. Those were the days. Keyboard input and printer output.

Monitors came later.

We had an NES first, but my youth was spent playing with flash powder and leaky CS gas canisters.

Wang 2200?

AFAIK I had the first PC in Washington D.C.

It cost my boss $19,000.

It had 16k of core ram

2 audio cassettes for data.

Each cassette held 256 records of 256 Bytes.

"Random" access.

Later on, I remember the first hard disk - 5 Megabytes!

In the mid 80's, I bought a new Seagate 277R hard drive for almost $700.00. It had a 65mb capacity. I thought........how could I ever need more storage than that?
