You are aware that for the past 15+ years Russians have been allowed to inspect our ICBMs, SLBMs, and nuclear-capable bombers, right? There absolutely is precedent for such arrangements.

True, but remember that at the time the Russian inspections started, they were the Big Enemy. Also, inspection by the Chinese may not be necessary as long as we're not too close to the Russians. If the Chinese know that the Russians are inspecting and not raising hell, that should be a very good indication that there's nothing radioactive involved.
