Are you referring to general cutting and sanding operations?

If so, any N95 rated dual strap dust mask will be sufficient. You can buy more expensive respirators that offer better filtration, but they are very overkill for working with PVC.

Harbor freight sells dual-filter masks for $20. They're fine for what you need.

I have the 3800 model of this and a half mask like you just got. I think it's a 2600 series, by 3M.
