Wood lathe for o-ring grooves

Unread postAuthor: 8tonsemi » Tue Oct 23, 2012 5:39 pm

Can I use a wood lathe on PVC back plugs to cut o-ring grooves into them so they will be an air tight seal in a T.

Yeah mate its all good any turning mechanism is alright if it can hold onto it ... just remember that the pvc heats ups and make sure you dont put a hole in it :) ... fyi ... you can also use a pedestal drill for that stuff :) ... and a metal lathe works well as well :) ... good luck post some pictures when your done
