Wow i fell and sprained my knee and my wrist snowboarding and i got up and did the jump again matter a fact i went snowboarding yesterday and fell my back so i tried a different rail

ya, pretty much the only thing i got from my skateboarding "incident" was really fast reflexes whenever something comes towards my face.
