Let’s leave politics out, I think it would be best to stay on subject.

To answer your question pyromanic13, I recommend one of the following:
Benjamin Sheridan 392, .22cal, 685fps (manufacture’s suggested velocity, MSV) at muzzle, best part – MADE In U.S.A.
Benjamin Sheridan 397, .177cal, 800fps (MSV) at muzzle, also made in the states.
Crossman Sierra XT, .177cal, 1000fps (MSV) at muzzle, MADE IN CHINA
B3-f, .177, ~550-600fps (cronyed), MADE IN CHINA

The Benjis run at about $120-$200u.s. and are, in my opinion, one of the best air guns ever made. Well worth the price, these guns have bean around for years, both are good for targets and small game. if you plane on mainly hunting go with the 392, if targets are you favored game go for the 397.

The Sierra is the exact same gun as the Gamo Shadow1000, only made in China, the run around $100u.s. don’t get the one with the fancy synthetic stock, they’ve bean known to break…a lot… the one with wood furniture is almost as good as the Gamo, only it cost less.

The B3-f can be bought from Cummins tools for $20 plus shipping. It’s cheap and dirty, but one of the most entertaining air guns I’ve ever had the privilege of shooting. When you get them your junk, but once you get all the cosmoline off it and break it in, it’s a hoot to shoot! (oh the barrel might be bent, NOT a problem, if you get one like that just E-mail me and I’ll tell you how to fix it, trust me, it’s easy to do.)

Oh one more gun:
Daisy Red Rider, .177cal 350fps (MSV, it’s actually a little higher) at the muzzle, as far as I know they’re still MADE IN U.S.A.

Movie dialogue: "The good die first."
Tom: "But most of us are morally ambiguous, which explains our random dying
patterns."

No problem, oh I forgot a few:
Both of the following are pistols

Crossman 1377, .177cal, 600fps(MSV but cronyed dang near that), at muzzle, MADE IN U.S.A
Daisy 15xt, .177cal, 480fps(MSV) at muzzle, MADE IN JAPAN

The 1377 runs you right about $60u.s. and with it’s cousins the 22** series, is like the Ruger 10/22 of the airgun world. I’ve seen these guns, after heavy, yet simple, modifications do over 900fps.

The 15xt is the most entertaining airgun I’ve ever had the privilege of shooting (the B3-f is #3 or 4 on the list, this is number one). A 15-shot, self cocking, 1911 style Co2 pistol, if you don’t already have one, and don’t get enough for a Benji, get one of these. and if you already have one, get another and duel wield!
