Wow, that is indeed quite large. What pressure do you take it up to?

Thats one MOTHER of a cannon,Love it!How did that 3" irrigation valve cost?Looks like it your of been a pretty penny.

I'm guessing BFG-9000 is Big Fuking Gun 9000 Cubic Inch?

Could you get some detailed pictures of the cannon loaded up,I'd love to have a look at it.

I hope you haver many more prosperous shootings.

Awesome launcher!

Huge, powerful, simple, clean...

Just to echo the prevalent question, how much the valve cost you?

bleedin' heck! turns out size *does* matter :D
I presume you were using fairly light projectiles if you could handle the recoil?

hey, thanks for all the feedback.
the bfg 9000 is just a gun in doom and i thought it was a fitting name.
the valve wasnt that bad... only 60 on ebay.
and ive been shooting steel bean cans out of it wrapped in duct tape. i just left for college, so all my pictures (and gun) are at home so a video will have to suffice for now. other than that, its awesome to shoot and the power is amazing.
