piston design I haven't seen before that should lower pilot volume and add reliability.
If I can use the Lathe today then 'll post some pics of the piston, its hard to explain.

If you have access to a lathe, try and make yaself a solid machined piston out of solid rubber. I found a rubber cork at my local pool crap place (sorry, don't know what else to call it....) But it's just piece of mind knowing that you have no chance of blowing the sealing face out the barrel at high pressure :D
