It sounds like your dealing drugs

Happy to be of assistance
If you are going to make one for you first i recommend a coaxail gun because i found them alot easier to make than Ts.

DR wrote:I agree; It would be nice to know the length/diameter of both the chamber and the barrel.

I don't see a hacky-sack going 'a couple hundred yards' at only 40psi with that cannon, sorry.

I disagree; - Guessing at both and playing with GGDT ( 40psi/ Generic Valve / 100-500ms Valve Open Time/ Flow Coef from 70-90... I get upwards to 200fps (136 mph)

A hackey-sack is typically 4-5cm in diameter / 50 grams ... I could imagine that flying pretty far.

I DO agree, that most will mistake "yards", for feet - when bragging about performance of their launcher.[/quote]

A couple hundred feet is believable. Take it to the local football field and launch it over the goalpost towards the other goal post and let me know if you get it over both goalposts in one shot.

I have gotten stuff over a couple hundred yards, but not at 40 PSI and not with a ball valve. :D

Edit, removed extra quote. Thanks Thunderlord.

@Tech, your MrC quote includes DR's statement...
Not that anyone appreciates quotes of entire replies anyway.
Confusing, misquote really.

"Procrastination" is five syllables for "Sloth".

Yea there is a huge differance between a modded sprinkler valve and ball valve. The only way you can semi decent results from a ball valve is to clamp a pole to it so you have leverage and open it a lot faster.
