Unread postAuthor: acoop101 » Tue Sep 25, 2007 3:46 pm

:D :D :D Like the name says I want to make a cannon that will shoot cans of soda, i can't find any details on what the diameter of a soda can is, does anyone know what size of pipe fits soda cans well? :(

Well you should get a ruler or tape measure and measure it.
um...... a coke can I just measured with a ruler is bang on 6cm.
I think if you're an American that's about 2.36 inches.

BTW, if you want a pipe for a barrel that fit's a can well then just go to your hardware store with a can and see what pipe fits it exactly or very close too, or you can just take the measurements.

good luck! Hope to see this cannon in the future.
