so the 22 is not a perfect fit for the .68s? or maybe it was just an odd ball, could you measure the id of the 22mm please?

i know for a fact that airsoft bb's are slightly below 6mm why would paint be any different?

In this case I used some generic approximations based on my own experience with 3/4" piston valves as I don't have actual QEV data.

Yeah but they only apply to the piston British QEV, not the American 'phragm one I have.
