would this elbow/sprinkler valve setup work?

Unread postAuthor: JDAX23 » Sun Jan 13, 2008 3:57 pm

the elbow is threaded on one side, so it can screw directly into the valve. would this work or would it somehow take away from the airflow or power?

for some reason the picture didnt show up... but its a 1 inch elbow, so there would be a 1 inch wide pipe between the tow elbows, and then this elbow would screw into the valve

The elbow is called a threaded street elbow. It what I have on my setup. I chose it in case I needed to take it apart so it is a good thing.

Something else I used was a regular street elbow which allowed for a really low profile. It may or may not be of interest.
