Looks like the valve is rated to 125 psi but ShowNoMercy with your high pressure source you could test the bursting pressure of the diaphram. Not sure how much the rebuild kit is though. I'd bet 150 psi tops

Sjog what is the chamber volume on this?

never figured volume but 212 inches of 1 1/2 pipe

plus the fittings

Asco is my new back yard gun, stays out all the time.
Can be shot in the cold, no problems!!!

I know this is an old post but it had inspired me to create my own version of it for Launching Nerf Footballs.

I dedicate these CAD renderings to sjog.

Now if you want view this in 3D you download this file:

Warning: DSL users or faster! Large file.
Being this is a free file server you may have to wait until one frees up by resubmitting. It depends how busy and what time of the day.

Download 3d-sjog.exe from FileFactory.com
