ready made semi/full auto hammers

Unread postAuthor: jackssmirkingrevenge » Thu Feb 07, 2008 12:10 am

battery powered and off-the-shelf, why not?

If it's just for semi-auto you could simply go with the manual version - no fiddly electrics, and more than enough "whack" to knock a hammer valve wide open :D

here's a potential scenario:

Interesting idea, would make things simpler. Its kind of on the expensive side though...

If you shop around i'm sure it wouldn't cost more than your average sprinkler valve

Note that the title refers to ready made semi/full auto hammers, not hammer valves ;)

A stapler hammers the staple in - that hammer action could be used to open a poppet valve - I thought it was fairly obvious logic :?

It is logical, however I was expecting something a bit more err logical.

But the electric one has real potential I think.
