Semi auto design

Unread postAuthor: dudeman508 » Wed Jan 28, 2009 11:04 pm

i made this design for my next gun and I thought why bot post it. I made two bolts because i wanted to use cartridges and i didn't want to have to worry about ejection.

to load you push the bolt all the way back then all the way forward, to eject you just pull and push the second bolt.

yellow=cartridge
black=bolt
gray = second bolt
green=clip
brown=barrel

Edit: some of the lines on the diagram dont show up but they are in some obviouse places so for now you can just picture where they should be, but I'll try to fix it.

Unless the bolts are automatically reloading a new cartridge, this design is not semi auto, its more like bolt action. Could convert it into a pump-action though.

With a bit of creativity both bolts can be cycled with one pump-action. You should really try that. I believe it has not been made before.
