I wanna break the sound barrier!

Post questions and info about pneumatic (compressed gas) powered cannons here. This includes discussion about valves, pipe types, compressors, alternate gas setups, and anything else relevant.

I've never thought about this before, but a well made PVC or other type of material rocket might also help performance, but it would have to be perfectly balanced and all that to get a good trajectory and not wobble thus causing friction and reducing speed = Lots of work
