Redneck air chamber

Unread postAuthor: jsefcik » Fri Jul 15, 2011 10:34 pm

I have an old propane cyclinder(blow torch type) and wanted to use it as an air chamber and tap the tire valve into the side and connect the sprinkler valve where the original propane head was by tapping it or something, If it doesn't work oh well.

It worked well for me. :)

I used a hole saw and brazed in a larger pipe. I used 1 inch. Works very well.

It is part of the valve. It is not a normal piston valve. Info on that valve is on my youtube channel. That cannon is not a beginner cannon. It requires advanced construction skills and tools.

You can see it disassembled in the main video.
