Lets just make this easy, rebuild a new chamber, and make sure there are absolutely no DWV parts on it. It can be the same dimensions, but you can't have dwv on it, you will thank all of us in the long run.

Also one more thing, theres something called an edit button on the top right of your post, press that instead of posting twice. You can add on to your previous post with the edit button.

Alright. If you mess up, make a new chamber. Then you know for a fact everything is pressure rated and nothing will blow up on you unless you abuse it, or go over the pressure rating.

Actually Matty, bushings on each end would be better if he wishes to fill from the rear of the chamber. It's better to use a bushing than to drill a hole to tap a steel nipple into for a fill valve.

In that case, I sort of agree with warhead, because DWV is dangerous, but you can sort of get away with it sometimes. My suggestion was only to compact the end with all the metal bits.
