Clamore type setup flour trap

Unread postAuthor: al-xg » Sun Mar 04, 2007 4:54 am

I was thinking of making a flour trap...
http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t31/al-xg/?action=view&current=61c3e9c4.flv
here is how it would work.
The valve would be actuated by a spring loaded trigger set of by a trip wire.
My first idea was a land mine but its not as reliable or safe(what if the pin or nail was to break off .... ouch) and needs burrying...

I had a similar design to that except a wee bit different. I spaced the flour nozzles apart so that the foot activating the mine would not get in the way of the flour ejection.

There are pics, videos and designs here: http://spudshot.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=199&start=0

The only problem I had was I didn't get enough flow from the 12 gram c02 cartidge.

You are on the right track, flour works well as a marking substance.
