Hmm interesting, my air and propane systems are separate so never had anything like that. Not exactly clear on your setup though.

Hmm, a second or two still seems wrong to me, the instant my finger pushes the trigger, there is a boom . What mixtures does this happen at?

Nice hybrid. Seems a lot of people are using a similar layout to that, with the steel pipe, and he timber base and such.

I cant see a chamber fan incurring much if any performance gains in a hybrid, the injected air does a good job of mixing...unless there is a fan which can mix at the time of ignition, that would be interesting :D. Is your hybrid having problems firing at all mixtures, i know in mine, due to the loca...

yes I have a chrony :) on a side note, D_hall do you know of any programs out now which calculate the performance of hybrids (like ur ggdt does for penumatics). and not to venture too far off course, just wondering if this PDF lends any assistance with your research into flame front propogation and ...

Hi all, just wondering how accurate test is required. I could run a test at 2x mix's using plastic packaging burst discs, ill use one layer test a few shots with that, then use 2 layers and test with that. Barrel length will remain constant and I will re-use the same projectile (glass marble) for ev...

That valve could be modded quite nicely imo :O. Have a play around with it, would be great for a compact small bore.

use 1/8" ball valves into each side of a 1/8" Tee, with a pressure gauge hooked up to the last connection on the tee. then use a regulator (fairly accurate one).

TBH im not sure a chamber that large should be fit with such a small I.D barrel. The chamber will maintain the pressure spike for a longer time as its volume is too large to be vented quickly though a tiny bore. If your chamber is will be under stress for extended time periods with this setup, make ...
