very nice work, and great use of the ignition assembly... I think mounting the mapp canister on the chamber would be more aesthetically pleasing, and to express my opinion on the fan Im gonna quote the side of a energizer 9v battery..." WARNING: Do not install backward, charge, or put in fire, may e...

about it being hard to depress at 600psi since it need 27 lbs of force to open... a barretta 9mm takes 14 pounds to pull the trigger on the first shot, and 6 pounds on every follow up shot

but if its SECONDS later, that sounds more like an issue with the pvc contracting and expanding due to thermal changes.... when you discharge pressure your raising the temperature of your chamber a few degrees for every so many psi, but it gets diffused quickly and usually doesn't affect PVC otherwi...

your experiencing an effect similar to the eductor effect as the air leaves the cannon after the projectile, friction is pulling air from behing the muzzle, causing a vacuum for a short stint which pulls on your diapraghm making a burping sound

pneumatic mine

Okay, a little while back, there was a post about a "glade motion sensor mine", well I decided I would make one of my own, out of parts, mine uses 3 9v batteries, two for the solenoid trip, and one for the control circuit. it uses 1 signal diode, a 1kohm resistor, 1 potentiometer (0-100kohms) a NPN ...

When shorting out the USB, shutting the system down and taking the power off for 30 seconds may work. But if not, then you may want to look into windows hardware settings (device manager, access by right clicking my pc -> properties -> hardware ->device manager) Or you should look into the bios. cl...

Good throw together Due to the restrictions and inconveniences of your current set up you could use a laser. In the book gonzo gizmos you can use a laser to transmit music over the air like morse code. With a little modding to the circuit it would easily suit your needs (in my opinion better than y...

You might be a veteran spud gunner if you no longer have to explain why there is a hole in the wall. You might be a REAL veteran if there are so many holes that no-one even notices the new one. Alternately, you might find yourself saying the new hole was done with a spudgun because it'll be easier ...

..or a 5v relay and power everything with 3 - 1.5v batteries for a 4.5v power supply. No I need 18-24v not 4.5v.. the motion sensor is currently outputting 4v, If I was going for a relay, Id need a relay that can activate on 4v to allow another circuit of 18v to pass through to the solenoid. radios...
