My one concern with your video is "WHAT'S BEHIND YOUR BACKSTOP"???... I'm not bragging(because mine is anything but the most powerful on here), but with my small coax and my darts, unless I hit a framing stud, the dart would've ended up in the house with a vengance<sic>.... Did I mention that the p...

If you set up your range right, you can always retrieve reusable ammo.

My camera gets a bit wierd in cold weather...And I didn't know I had a deformed finger... :?:

These work great, even out of my crappy little ball valve pneumatic. Let me see if I can figure out how to link to the video...

Jeepkahn: I've discovered some similar ammo recently at my local hardware store.

By the way, anything saying I can't post a video here? Just curious.

I don't really know much about semi-automatics, but I have to say that the fact that you're making one as your first gun is pretty impressive. The best advice that I can give you (from what I've heard; not sure of how true it is) is to go with a large chamber at a low psi: I'm assuming this holds th...

I like to shoot lead fishing weights of all types. My favorite so far are the sinkers; I can get them to go through plywood even with my crappy little ball-valve pneumatic. The larger ones would need a lot of pressure though... I also shot a homemade wooden dart through a plank just to prove that I ...

That really doesn't look like plywood.

I'm sure it's possible to shoot a ball bearing through plywood with a ball-valve gun (I've gotten some good penetration with mine before), but not with this one.

You can probably find a good shcrader valve at an automotive store; I know the Pep Boys near me carries them. If you're looking for a really good one, it might be worth it to order off the internet: I had one that was rated to 250 psi, which promptly blew out when I took it to 260. Try to find a bra...

Trash bag burst discs...That is pretty ghetto.

It's like the garbagepicker's spudgun. Nice job on this one. You seem to have the ability to turn anything lying around the house into a spudgun.

Chemistry teachers seem to be a bit strange... Quotes from my chemistry class: Student: So could I drink Hydrogen Peroxide? Teacher: Once. Student: Do I have to do this? Teacher: All you have to do is die. Everything else is optional. Teacher (speaking about molecular ball-and-stick models): There i...

It all started in sixth grade when me and my brother started hanging out with a guy named Tom. We basically became breakin' buddies (well, that's what we called ourselves), and discovered the magic of youtube. We decided afterward to pool some of our money to build our first pneumatic. $25, a few da...
