Cheers, I figured that having access to a machine shop is worth celebrating with a new gun... eventually. Beaver rat, If my design ends up at my original caliber then I'll contact you for one of these. It's likely to be a while untill I have things finalized though. No problem, just shoot me a PM...

Hello... I have 8 of them, and since they retail for about $40 dollars... $28 dollars shipped to Continental US (a nice discount for SpudFile'ers) It's nice of you to offer a discount, but you won't get any buyers when there are cheaper alternatives on sites like amazon and eBay. I know you're only...

They have those same ones on ebay for less than 20 dollars shipped. Not really a bargain if you ask me.... :? Keep in mind that most of the QEVs on ebay (Chinese brands) are not NPT but BSP which requires adapters to use NPT pipe/fittings. And if you get 3 adapters, which are roughly 10 dollars eac...

Several 3/4" High End European Style QEV's [For Sale]
Hello, I took a break from cannons for a couple years, but I'm about to start up again! I happen to have a ton of these QEV's sitting around, and would like to sell them to get some funds for a semi auto golf ball cannon I am working on... I have 8 of them, and since they retail for about $40 dollar...

Citric acid would not pull enough amps if you used a proper voltage range of 1.4 to about 2.2 max. It depends on the concentration. It's probably possible to drive the resistance of the solution down very far with a high concentration of citric acid. If you can do equilibrium chemistry, it's possib...

I designed and built this HHO generator a few years ago but, I parked it because I found HHO to be far to dangerous for my liking. At 12v 13a using 6oz limon juice concentrate and 1 gallon of distilled water, it produces 3 liters of HHO per minute with very low heating of the unit. The plates (12) ...

Be careful about the articles, some are scams and can be very misleading. All of the info in the link I posted is accurate though (as long as they were my posts/threads... When conditioning, you only extract hex chrome from the surface of the plates. Yes they are in parallel. I sent you a YouTube me...

That's the thing, you cannot make a decent amount of gas if you keep the voltage below 2 Volts per plate gap. The cell will simply not pull very many amps. My suggestion is to use NaOH and run the cell at 2.05 volts per gap. At thy voltage, the cell will last many years. About chromium, you must con...

Honestly, I don't understand the physics behind it all, but I was part of an electrolysis forum for a long time and NaCl was a big no no. The standard was always KOH or NaOH. I have used all three electrolytes, and I can tell you KOH is best with NaOH close behind. My first cell used NaCl and the pl...

First off, never use NaCl as an electrolyte... It will greatly accelerate the breakdown of the electrodes. 2.5 LPM at 1 ATM PSU was a converted ATX computer power supply I can't recall exactly what the potential was, but I think it was around 2.0 volts. Yes, the most efficient voltage is somewhere a...
