Awesome! I love how clean of a look it has. I'm agreeing with others though, it looks a bit thin to convince anyone that it's a regular cane. I would try to somehow encase it in wood. Right now it looks a bit like a putter :P . Or even just putting it inside something like this (I think those are ho...

He wants a mobile version of the site designed for mobile viewing. See the clicky link that Gun Freak posted, and compare it to the normal facebook site.
Although you can load SF on a phone, I suspect it takes a while to load pictures and the like, when all you're interested in is the text.

I was going to do some test shots soon to check just that. It seems pretty accurate from the shots I did with my sprinkler-valved tennis ball gun. Two things to consider though: The EBC does not consider wind, so that's going to change the range, sometimes considerably. The EBC needs you to input th...

why not just... turn it around? If it kicks enough for me to be worried about needing a support, I'll do that, because that would make building a support really easy. Thanks for the great idea. If it doesn't kick very much, (and all I'm firing out of here will be tennis balls and golf balls, so I d...

Another choice is to build a new chamber, as the connection between the valve housing and chamber is threaded.
I'm thinking maybe a design like this one, but with a longer chamber that would run under the barrel.

My thinking was that it emancipated the projectile from the barrel...or...something... Mostly I was looking for a cool noun that started with "E" because I'm a portal nut, and wanted the acronym for the gun to be CAKE. I think it sounds like a cool name for a gun. Maybe switch the elbow out fo...

The CAKE III, she is born!
The Compressed Air Kinetic Emancipator III As discussed here , I have constructed my first piston valved gun. You can look there for pics of the inner workings of the gun. Specs: -interchangeable barrels, interchangeable chambers if I ever want to -1.5" porting piston housed in a 2" tee -no audible ...

I've tried a number of times, perhaps most things I link to have a apostrophe in them and they never work, I'll keep that site in mind. Apostrophes work for me. Just make sure to leave the "q=" and put what you want to search after that. Though UTFG has it's uses for those who never search. Oh, I d...

Sorry about the link, it isn't meant to be offensive, I can't link to google searches so this has to do. Here is a similar website, but possibly a bit less offensive. And if you don't mind me asking (I'm genuinely curious, I'm quite unversed in the ways of combustion cannons) is there any re...

First off, mlz3000, I am sorry that we have gotten your thread so sidetracked. Are you kidding? I've learned so much more reading this discussion than had you guys kept it on topic. The Topic was basically "look at this, I would have put it in the showcase, but the glue is still drying, so I have n...

If you look at Oxbreath's post in this thread it's pretty clear that the piston OD is greater than the barrel ID. And for clarity's sake, in this discussion we're using barrel ID and seat ID synonymously, right? For example, the housing which is the topic of this thread has a 1.5" seat, but I can pu...
