You can mod a guide rod sprinkler valve. You dont drill down the center, you do it towards the side.

Cost me $2.50 to build my pneumatic. Just used old parts lying around. haha

My grandpa told me when he was a kid, he would take some mud and put it into a napkin or papertowel. Pack it tight and put it in the gun. He said it works just as well as a potato, but its less expensive.

Even though the sparker is sparking 20 out of 20 times doesnt mean that you have a hot enough spark to ignite the fuel.

I did what you told me to do to see if my 6" PVC was cellular core and its not. Im going to use that for a massive combustion...

Or if you want to make it small and want it to work. Use 2" PVC for the chamber and 3/4" PVC for the barrel...

Yeah I shot mine off today, I had the same problem. THe cap popped off. I put it in a towel when I shot it, so nothing got broke. Hmmm, not sure how to solve this problem. My barrel is way to small for what I built using a peanut butter jar. I have a 3/4 PVC, I might try that

You could do it either way, it makes a nice clean cut. I used multiple files to sharpen it and saraide the edges, took awhile but its fast and easy and it cuts a clean potato.

Well i did that, but it wasnt that great. So i made this one has seraided edges that are real sharp. hey man, i got bored what can i say, lol.

I also use it for my pneumatic since they have the same diameter barrels. I didnt sharpen my pneumatics barrel, i didnt want to.
