I guess I just kind of got burnt out there for a while. I've been getting back into spudding here lately and I thought I would stop by and see how every one here was doing.

If you are having problems with the air escaping though the blow gun you need to reduce the size of the hole in the diaphragm.

Try taking the old control rod and bending it into a "U" shape thought the hole in the diaphragm.

The simple fact that polycarbonate tubing is NOT pressure rated should be enough to prove that you shouldn't use it in pressure applications.

I still wouldn't sleeve with non-pressure rated pipe... If you do then you will be throwing away the safety margin on your cannon.

Basic pneumatic = ~100psi
