if it still leaks after the epoxy, wrap it in electrical tape.
put on a couple of layers and then use a hairdryer on it to make it gummy.
repeat the process until you've used a whole roll of tape.
this only works for very small slow leaks

a lincoln ac 225 is a basic 240v arc welder, they retail for about $300, but they have been making them for like 40 years so it's easy to find a used one cheap.
there are also many very similar machines out there, some much cheaper than a lincoln.
myself, i think lincoln > all other welders

Kris is right, used paintballs get a soft spot where the c02 hits them, this makes them fly erratically and often burst in the barrel. when you do get a barrel burst you should immediately find cover and clean your gun out. The longer barrel would definitely help, as would porting and crowning the barrel (crowning is like cutting a reverse potato knife on the inside of the barrel). porting and crowning negate turbulence on projectile(s) as ...

The spinning barrells have nothing to do with cooling them! The whole design of a mini gun is made so it is efficiant, load, cock, fire, eject. This is going on as many times as it has barrells. And the only way to make that happen is to make it spin. Dude, the spinning barrels have alot to do with...

actually it was more than twice the price of non-pressure ratec pvc, and is thick walled.
it didn't appear to be cell cored when i cut and drilled it.
on the side it says abs-dee-dwv t1g2

edit: no pressure rating, got it at a home depot
