I dont think a motor would be enough to launch a paintball, unless its a rather large one. Also, I would buy a gearbox over making one, they tend to be more reliable in my opinion. To make the motor "semi-automatic", you could try: 1) Pushing and releasing the trigger (assuming you are using a momen...

ok guys.. stop trying to be geniuses... 1 mph=1.45 fps... that is exact to and the easiest way to do it...god.. speed of sound 1100 fps=758 mph.. Since we are all getting technical, I would assume that 1100 FPS / 758 MPH for the speed of sound would be at sea level. And, just for laughs, what is th...

The gun looks good itself, but maybe the barrel looks like it's sticking a little too far from the end of the gun (in my opinion - purely aesthetics).

Also, it looks like you're using a ball valve to fire the gun (just making sure). From what I've read, ball valves seem to be slow to open.

That looks pretty cool, looks like the Benelli M4shotgun with the skeleton stock.

Also, I thought caliber was only in inches.

@COD_FILLETS, Not to be argumentative or anything, but just FYI, ActiveScan and HouseCall aren't very, uh, in-depth. They miss a lot of "details". Plus, both of them actually DO install software onto your PC, they just use the browser's interface instead. Avast, AVG, etc.... require barley any more...

If you need a virus/spyware scan, and dont want to install any software (well, technically). Try House Call from Trend Micro or Panda Active Scan from Panda Software (just scroll down a bit, its on the bottom left).

By the way, it appears that that same site has the HijackThis tool.

That reminds me, when I used Yahoo Antispy, it found LimeWire as spyware, which I would have to agree with. I dont have concrete proof, but it does seem to "open up" (so-to-say) holes to your computer (as in user created). Let's just not make this an OS debate, mk? Peace, Pete Zaria. And why not, th...

@zeigs spud Scope gave you some good advise, save for one piece: Norton is horrible. It's a memory whore, it runs/scans slowly, it slows down your PC significantly, the updates aren't very good, it misses many viruses, etc... I own an IT security company, by the way. First things first, hit start >...

Muzzle breaks help recoil by redirecting the exhaust gases from the explosion in the opposite direction (of the recoil).

you could carve the shape you want out of wax, the make a plaster mold, then use whatever you want to the stock be made out of to fill the mold. Why not stop at the part before you fill the mold, and instead melt the wax and split the mold in-half lengthwise/vertically (so that you have two identic...

People who randomly vandalize sites like that give true hackers a bad name. True Dat. :D If I was a hacker I would think to cover up my tracks. Unless you can't do that on the internet. Professional "hackers" can "cover their tracks", so to say. They go through several other computers/servers/etc b...
