Plaster of Paris

I've been wanting to make a copper piston cannon and am not sure what I should use for the piston. All that I have at my house that I think I can use is Plaster of Paris.

Will this work as a piston, or should I just go and buy something else that would work better?

My brother made a pipe out of babmboo and a thimble, by making a hole in the bamboo big enough for the thimble to set in. He now is looking for glue to glue the thimble into the bamboo and wasn't sure of what kind of glue to use, because most glue might melt. So, does anyone know what kind of glue h...

I've always gotten them from a building supply store that my dad works at but one time when they were closed I found them at O'Reileys auto parts, you may check there, it's the only store that I've seen that had them besides the store my dad works at

Thanks for the help guys, I haven't got a tank yet so I didn't know it was written on the tank itself just was checking about how much they could hold before i tried to find one

And for Novacastrian I have no idea why it says I have negative spud bux, but I don't really care I don't use them lol

me and my friends have made these alot, they hurt really bad to be shot with, weve also made them with the pont sticking out so they stick into things but i never volentered to be shot with one of those because the blunt one hurt bad enough :?
