I like... I like a lot. I would love to have that at home but as it stands now I just go to work on a week end or during a lull in work and crank out what I need.

CO2 Regulators

I am looking for a way to regulated a 20 oz CO2 tank intended for paintball. I have a way to tap into the tank by use of a remote. I also have a CO2 regulator for a standard K size tank. I was wondering if anyone knows what size the inlet tank pipe is and what what the threading is? :?:

If you have a local ace hardware store you can go on there web site and order them to be delivered to the store, the place I usually get mine is Mcmaster.com, they have just about everything. They have a couple of different sizes, I think they have 1/8" and 1/4'' npt pipe fittings.

I wish I had the sill and I wish my company had the equipment to do it. But I was going to make it out of 1/4 inch steel plate. I am always of the opinion that it is better to over build than to not build enough. I may just use a 9 gram co2 tank.

I am a pressure vessle builder by trade but I haven't been able to find the steel half spheres, I only really need it rated to 150~ psi so it's not that much of a problem but no one makes them. I usually make vessels rated for up to 8000 psi.

why not use one of those refillable co2 tanks for paint ball, get a remote with a quick disconnect hook up then you should be able to fill your gun multiple times for relatively cheap. The whole set up new from my local paintball store was about 50 bucks

so if the ideal ratio is 2:1 i am assuming it is 2 chamber 1 barrel then y not fill the barrel 2 times and dump it into the chamber pipe. this would get you the right ratio. if it is reverse then reverse the system

That should work fine but details of the project would give us a better idea of what would work, for my iron cannon, which I over built and can an do take up to 500 psi only uses Teflon tape to seal the gaps.

You can do what you want but I've seen steel pressure vessels fail and it's not nice. I'm just asking people to check the ratings before they go exceeding them so they don't hurt them selves or others.
