There has got to be a better way to cut these stencils than with an x-acto knife. Took me an hour to carve a "WMD - Weapon of Mashed Destruction" stencil. seriously? ive seen plenty of cannons do this successfully. If you have a fan in it and fuel injection then 4" is way over kill. you only need something that will allow air to vent.

you wont get an accurate result. you have to compensate for the water pressure on the pipe. did any one see the mythbusters episode where they droped a grenade in a bucket of water to see if it supressed the result? it worked very well the water slowed the grenade frags considerably here is a water ...
