You could just make the opening int he suppressor larger than the bore.

Or alternatively drill holes in the barrel, this could be problematic on a small bore though.

Paintballing remote lines could work as already mentioned, they will handle 800psi with ease.

if you want to use a drinks bottle as a pressure vessel you could just fibre wrap it.

Then epoxy the relevant fitting to the bottle at the base to take a schrader and then another fitting to the top... simple!

I would go for a piston QEV because its more rigid and therefore would work better.

For the jagged portion have you thought of using a drill bit?

I would attempt guessing how your paintball design works.... but i can't tell which bit/s are the bolt? is it just the red portion?
