...The brass barrel is sleeved inside the piece of brakeline you see, which is shrouded inside the 1/2" pipe. ... I saw it on laptop, and the two pics looked the same at the time. 8) The brass pipe alone / sleeved in the brakeline would've been safe IMO. And with the 1/2" layer, looks rigid ...

I'd go with the rod of HDPE at similar price. But using the hole saw and flat sheets of plastic, you could cut out a bunch of layers, and with cyanoacrylate(sp.?) type normal clear super-glue, Using a vise and wood blocks OR C clamps and wood, once glue is dry part remains clear and nearly (if not a...

ITWOST: Had a slightly less than 7lb. arrival the other day, sent down straight from Heaven. She's perfect ! "Finally" (?) It's not finished yet! :P Looks like it will be awesome (if it doesn't explode). Not very familiar with that pipe and pressure washer with co2. I recommend a barrel shroud. Even just a thinwall EMT electical conduit with holes drilled or similar. It could protect the barrel from being ...

I don't think you can "manufacture" a will...yet. I mainly work with turning, pistons and specialist materials. I meant "Free Will Manufacturing" as in the client has a "Free will" to decide what they want manufactured. (with sort of a play on words to include your name). As in "FREE WILL" ....

...know the secret to these things?... My guess, low volume (small diameter internally) coupled with long stroke length to get any acceptable output. No idea what the pump face material is (?) Mentions "does not heat up" probably just the outside layer does not heat up(?). BTW, looks like a "PCP" o...

Again with BBMGs it's not that much of a problem, they tend to "whoooosh!" and "braaaaap!" as opposed to "BANG!" so suppression is usually less of a concern for the neighbours as much as BBs ricocheting all over the place  :D So in a general way I will say, co2 can "whoosh" (hiss) sooo loud, ...

......The red dot must help alot with the aiming. It won't help hardly any IMO. The aim point of slingshot is dependent on the horizontal AND vertical position of bands at release, so a laser pointing where the handle is aimed will at best only provide basic info... :( However, if a pendulum (gravi...

And I thought you were a "Noob". :P Very nice, hope you keep up the good work! BTW, there's probably a wire-nut that'll fit the copper pipe perfectly, then the dart's/arrows can be epoxied into those. I am 100% sure someone will mention using higher pressure with it too. 8) Got to go for now, it's s...

Hadn't seen it, and can't really because apparently now you have to be a member to see things people painstakenly post so others will see. Any how, the design is seriously flawed IMO, in that the enormous hopper will not only eat most of the firing pressure volume but also will be filled to same pre...
