I know im a noob. but i dont think you could do it. If you did it would cost a lot of money and take a lot of effort.

VERY simple cannon made form pvc. Its my first gun apart from a simple spud cannon that i got a tutorial for. this one is my own design. Its just a pressure chamber with a ball valve then the barrel.
