don't tell me there is a hole all the way through the plug... if yes then FAIL :D There has to be, otherwise you can't push the pins in far enough to free the plug... going to try with some delrin plugs, which will probably shear if I'm lucky enough to get it to work :D I don't follow why you're us...

Now that looks like a real chore to reload :D Why didn't you go for extending the plastic sleeve instead of the jelly? Comment on such a superb effort is superfluous, so I will just say I loved the violin version of "Master of Puppets". Isn't it Apocalyptica on their cellos? http://www.yout...

£200 worth of hard drives arrived today. 6TB over three drives. I have 2TB already, I use 500GB, another 500GB is a backup of the first 500GB and the last 1TB is empty space. Aside from keeping the COG of the case very low and increasing noise and power consumption slightly I reckon this is the leas...

On a slightly less clear note, Seriously, My guess... Peltier elements and heating coils in each tile to change temperature on demand. Check ambient temp, adjust to match. Use a crapload of energy.

That's not relevant to jack.

Besides, every projectile launcher on this forum except some of the more anaemic micro launchers is illegal in the UK.

Something just arrived in the mail :) http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/8199/tmpmr.jpg However to my disgust the circuit merely bumps up 2xAA to ~ 400V to charge a chubby capacitor. I was hoping for the type which, yes bumps up the voltage to ~400V but then has a 3 stage multiplier after that for ove...

Igniting an overloaded open chamber: Even if it wasn't at 240fps you could see the blue cloud of flame crawling down the chamber. There's not enough air for it all to burn to start off with but the initial combustion blows out a load of f...

:tard: The concept of a LGG has always appealed to me. the only issue i see is crafting a design that can be used more than once, with out the need for replacing expensive parts. An effective light gas gun and parts that aren't complex, expensive and need replacing are absolutely and completely mut...

Reminds me, worst thing I've ever launched from a cannon was the barrel. Yeah, teach me to secure it properly before firing. Aside from anything else the section where it disconnected was a few centimetres from my ear (its the top one in my signature, fired from the shoulder) so that's more or less ...

Saw an amusing review on the 300psi one. Apparently it has such a large range on the gauge it kinda sucks if what you actually want is 30psi in your tyres. With that in mind it's interesting that such high pressure track pumps exist, can only be so many people who think it's a great idea to have an ...
