You heard me,she has no hair, and wears pink slippers every were and jumpers and long skirts even in this summer heat..While mowing the lawn...My dad used to work at a mental health unit of our local hospital, he can diagnose things pretty easily and he told me a list of problems she has... I'll see if i can get him to read them out to me and i'll list them for your amusement.

Ohk maybe I was a little harsh, she has some hair on her head.

Ohh I think they have a fair idea but there is something funny going on,when she covered her house in all that mesh she didn't know that there are a number of fast growing very hard to kill vines that grow around here, and they are starting to take over! Her house is going to be a giant vine ball soon.Ahhhh how good it will be,nature is on my side and so is the rest of society...Hopefully.

Haha JB weld her letter box shut and put it in her key holes

Haha that sounds familiar.

Up at 3am watching Milo and Otis...Ohhh she'd love that movie with all the cats being treated. . .so. . .well. . .

Actually that movies pretty good, especially when your've had to much tequila and pure caffeine.

To the point, the police usually know people like this women and after a while will just say sure we'll check it out and then not bother. They know crazy people like this (and I'm sure any person with half a brain could tell she is crazy) waste time and money for the department.
Since she is the only neighbor complaining (right?), I'd say do legal annoying things to further get her to get mad and call the cops...eventually they'll just won't bother, or you could threaten her for harrasment or something.

And I also had the same problem, stupid neighbor said he'd call the cops if I did anymore fireworks (little ones, nothing big). Next day I set off a 25 gram copper blasting cap and when he came out just smiled twirling the detonator. He called the cops, but they told him that unless he had more neighbors to complain, he was crap out of luck...a month later (actually right after I built FEAR), he started renting the house out.

Edit: nice picture by the way, looks like someone beat her with the ugly stick...forget that looks like she got bludgened with the ugly bat haha.

Take some of her cats hostage... kidding, this isn't some silly post.

Unfortunately, some people are just jerks - you'll meet a lot of them in life, and if they think they're right, there's not a lot you can do to stop them.

I strongly suggest you don't do anything else to try and deliberately irritate her. Try and be reasonable to start with, fostering a good relation will get you more results than trying to get out of it by maintaining an even worse one.

However, start a list of your own, but keep it quiet to begin with. You really don't want to start throwing around threats casually.
Before that, you really need to make her think that reporting you for some moderate music and a few occasional launcher bangs will not improve things for her.
There are quite a few ways of doing that, but I don't know the person in question, so you'll have to work that one out.

I love the plans brewing here: She's annoying so lets piss her off MORE, then she'll spontaneously combust.

Right?

This is the reason I'm going to buy a smaller house and lots of land as soon as I can! So I can go nuts and host fourth of july parties and such.

I live in the suburbs now and have to load my cannons in my little 4 door to launch them somewhere.

It seems to me that she is already crazy but why not push her over the edge. When you are having parties and what not listen to your music a little louder for a while til she does call the cops, and before they get there turn the music down and tell the cops you have no idea what she's talking about. As far as any vandalism i dont think thats a good idea but try and get the cops called more often and pretty soon they'll just say f@ck it because they know she's a loon.

I would agree with that. Once it gets known she is a nuisance case the police will just give up on her. The only problem is making sure she is the only one calling the cops.

Edit:
try this on her cats. It should upset them no end. I am pretty sure it works on cats

Although the idea of destroying her credibility might work, the police have a responsibility to handle all calls in an unbiased manner.

And if she does have a genuine emergency, how are you going to feel if the cops don't choose to respond?
