Gun Freak, I would send you a mini hybrid, just so you could experience it, if I knew you wouldn't just throw it away.

Dies had some surface rust but the cutting edges on everything look practically brand new. All but one are made in the u.s.

^I'll probably need to make a friggin' huge die wrench tomorrow... I had to make a special wrench with 10" lever arms just to use my biggest die from HF. (which was standard 1/2 bolt threads... For comparison, that's a 1" NPT die on the left).

Wow, in the picture it looks like 2" on the far left in your hand.

Well, the die itself is 2.5" wide, but as you'll notice, the actual thread cutting bits are much smaller at around 1.25". Either than or my middle finger is an inch and a half in diameter

I don't think I'll be buying a 2" set. The torque needed to cut threads that size is massive. It might be possible (give me a long enough lever...) but I sure as hell know my vise couldn't hold it in place. I did see a 4" pipe tap on ebay though. *That* was big.

Blimey... and I think cutting a 1/2" thread is a chore!

edit: who needs rifled barrels? spin the whole thing! http://www.google.com/patents?id=TeEEAA ... &q&f=false

IWOST:
I started using the fridge compressor to its potential as I no longer get electrocuted when using it, ground fault in the shop :)

I upgraded my valve on the marble gun and got it a new barrel.
The valve upgrade consist of a lighter piston that is self-sealing and a smaller 8mm porting piston valve as pilot so the main valve is very fast.

The pressure I am using is unknown as I have a 230psi gauge, I run the compressor until the needle is back at zero and an additional minute after that, A good guess would be 600psi +- 100.

Ammo was 13mm stainless steel unbraco bolts fired head first for the kettle and the plate, AA lithium battery for the bullet trap and the dent in the kettle.

Nice... yep, we should definitely talk about APFS*whatever acronym D_Hall will agree with* :D

Thought you did it on purpose!

Bugger indeed... if I'm not mistaken they offer a repair and trade-in service at a reasonable rate, though the shipping will probably add up.

Still, it might not be totally screwed. I would carefully take it apart (not too hard) and simply make sure all the connections are sound before spending any money on it.

One other thing:
