I was looking for high volume floor pumps when I can across this. It claims to be able to pump up to 3600PSI.

Yes it's true. It just has a very, very small volume.

Yes.

Air rifles use that kind of pressure and those are the pumps to get it.

Extremely impractical for large volumes unless you really do not have anything else to do for the day.

Very low volume. If you've got lots of stamina and even more time, you could use it. But it's not worth it IMO. This is a pump that I recently boughtI like it a lot. It can do high volume and low (different settings). It only goes up to 260 psi though, but it does it quickly and efficiently.

Actually it has a pretty decent volume for something capable of such high pressure. It pumps more air per pump than the shock pumps that people make, probably almost as much as a bike pump. The thing is that it just takes so much more air volume to pump something up to 3600 psi than to 100 psi or 300 psi. Although with this you will also be doing work on the up stroke instead of just the down stroke like a normal pump.
